Pricing and sizing depends on a few variables:

1. The size of the home and the areas being warmed.

2. The options requested

3. The location, the geotechnical aspects of the sub-surface

4. Solar Insolation values, how cloudy it is

5. Types & Severity of Winters

6. Types & Severity of Summers

7. Hot Water demand (opt)

Wet-back/Log water heater integration is Free for 2010

• Prices for shipping some items can be optimized when shipped with other bulk items such as SuperWindows.

• System is shipped in two groups:

  • Pipes and rough-in items

  • Main Controller system, solar panels package

• Payment:

  • 30% prior to first (Piping) package

  • 60% prior to 2nd (Main) package

  • 10% 10 days post delivery of Main package

Other considerations:

1. Installation, typically arranged and costed by builder

2. ICF heat core and footing installation

3. Plumbing & wiring

4. Insulation of sewer lines etc in the heat core
