Prior to purchasing a home, all inclusions are listed for you in advance.

Highly detailed "Blueprints" Plans & Elevations

Ready for council, all home designs pre-certified by a NZ approved building certifier, prior to presentation to council. Only a lot plan with home location and foundation will need to be generated locally. Some Localities require a Geotec report indicating the sub surface structural integrity, this may require a change in the design of footing/foundations/piles.

Ext Framing

Exterior framing 140 x 45 (6x2) pre-cut with 13mm H3 plywood & Tyvek for total wind rejection, and moisture release.
Interior framing 90 x 45 (4x2) Except Plumbing wall will be 140 x 45 6x2, all wood to be "Export Quality", heat treated and kiln dried

Roofing

Customer choice: Basic quotations include the following if not specified otherwise:

Roofing includes: Colour Steel or optional Low noise 25 or 30yr asphalt shingles on 15mm (H3) Plywood/ Customer Choice of Shingle colours.

Siding / Cladding

Customer choice: Basic quotations include the following if not specified otherwise: HardiPlank or cedar as specified. Optional Brick, Rock, or concrete is priced separately.

Windows

NO aluminium window frames: See SuperWindows (tm) below

Double glazing: LowE Gals coatings, Argon filled, super Spacer
uPVC fusion welded frames
Insect screens
Nailing fin to float the window and seal the hole.

Insulation

R 3.5 (150mm) in 6x2 walls. 6x2 walls not only increase the structural integrity by almost 300%, but also allow us to put 150mm of insulation in the walls, AND provides you with a super thick wall that reduces noise ingress considerably.

Optional ICF Walls are normally R3, to R3.8 (Eco-blocks)

R 5.2 to Opt 7.0 (300mm) in exterior ceilings

This can be considered the maximum realistic insulation value for your money.

Please note: For erected Lock up shell, Walk in and Turnkey homes, prices will reflect customer choices for completion to whatever level as specified by customer contract. This can include Gib, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances, Concrete work, finishing, Kitchen and Bathroom, completion and fixtures.

If you build a beautiful dream EEH home, it makes sense not to cloud the purchase with the cheapest available quality. Our customers can select their own finishing and EEH will ensure they are in the completed home. Alternatively, EEH can supply as required.
