EEH spent considerable time researching & finding the optimum window combination for EEH homes.  Many styles of windows and frames were investigated.

EEH Cascade SuperWindows represent state of the art in cost,  function, and lifespan, yet feature fully exciting decorative window options.

SuperWindows are purchased as house lots or in bulk. The windows have a unique nailing fin which allows the window to be surface mounted of window on exterior framing. This provides a total wind and water seal.

SuperWindow Security Features

Shapes

SuperWindows can be ordered in multiplicity of standard and odd shapes. We offer stock fenestration designs which can be grouped for interesting and stunning architectural effects.

Variations of shape for windows

SuperWindows are offered in house lots or in bulk only at this time.

Each SuperWindow, is manufactured to the following minimum standard and optional Specifications

Glass

Double Glazing, Hermetically sealed
Argon - Inert argon gas is inserted into sealed glass cavity improves insulation value and reduces convection losses. Normally double-glazing has air in between the panes of glass. Thus between the panes, the cooler outside glass cools the air near it, and the warmer inside glass heats the air near it. The air then begins to circulate. As the cooler air comes in contact with the bottom of the inside warm pane, it cools it off, resulting in possible condensation. Argon is an inert gas and does not conduct heat, thus never circulates like air, the result is virtually no condensation.
Low E2 Coating - Low-Emissivity (low-e) coating: a microscopically thin, virtually invisible, metal or metallic oxide layer deposited on a window or skylight glazing surface to reduce the U-factor or solar heat gain coefficient by suppressing radiative heat flow through the window or skylight. In general, more glazing panes and low-e coatings also reduce ultraviolet transmission through windows and skylights. This reduces fading on furniture and furnishings. This also helps keep homes warm in winter and cooler in summer.

See Low E (Low Emissivity) coating explanation below

Tempered Glass: Optional on all windows, standard on Ranch Sliders, provide a hardened glass that shatters rather than fracturing when finally broken.

Translucent (Obs) glass for privacy with natural light.

Frame   PVC Fusion Welded Window Frames - Estimated life span in excess of 200yrs in high U/V environment,  PVC is 100% reusable/recyclable, no out-gassing problems. All Joints are fusion welded, not glued.

No need to paint, full thickness colour options? White - Almond - Light gray

Warranty   Warranty:  Factory manufacturing warranty is 25 years when installed correctly

Screen   Screens: All windows that open include insect screens

LowE Glass

Low-E coatings were originally designed to help control radiant energy. Low-e coatings consist of microscopically thin metal or metal-oxide layers deposited on the glazing surfaces to diffuse radiated heat by reflecting it, rather than allowing it into the air layer. Low-e coatings are placed between panes, but the optimal positioning varies according to the orientation and climate where the window will be used. For example in colder climates, where heating costs are high and little or no air conditioning is required, the coating is placed in between the panes, but on the interior glass surface. This allows solar radiation to pass through the exterior pane, contributing to heat gain during the winter, but interior heat is reflected back towards the living area. Where cooling costs are the dominant factor, the low-e surface is typically placed on the exterior pane to reflect solar radiation away from the window.

Sizes & Delivery

There are no preset size requirements, as any size within reason. There are standard sizes available on request that can assist in reducing manufacturing time. Sizes are typically provided as RO sizing.

Designers and builders should contact EEH at info @ SuperWindow. info for more details and pricing.

Delivery is typically 60 days from the time the factory accept the order, EEH will provide accurate delivery times near time of order and will work with the builder to deliver just prior to requirement..

Extruded profiles

EEH SuperWindows use internationally recognized VEKA uPVC profiles. Veka profile have already been approved by BRANZ in NZ, CMA in Canada, plus country certification sin the USA and Japan.

The benefit of uPVc (Not to be confused with simple vinyl) is that this window frame retains its structural integrity almost forever. Unlike traditional window frames, uPVC. resists condensation and will not rot, decay, peel or mildew and has its colour throughout the profile, meaning no need to continually paint.

Note: uPVC is 100% recyclable!

Most important, we all understand that windows are a critical area of the home for energy conservation, therefore SuperWindows are designed for maximum energy efficiency to ensure lower heating and cooling bills.

As vinyl never warps, shrinks or expands under normal use, you'll find the EEH SuperWindow glides open and shut effortlessly. Expected life span of the frame is 200yrs+, and uPVC is fully recyclable.

It also features a state-of-the-art multi-point locking for maximum security and airtight closing. The windows are now mounted using nailing fins (no fins are also available) to the outside of the home, virtually eliminating leaks, either water, wind or noise.

High tech glass

EEH includes  Low-E glass, a special high performance coating system which effectively acts as a barrier to retain radiant heat within the home.

As a result, a higher indoor humidity can be maintained, thereby creating a healthier, more comfortable living environment.

Our Argon-filled glazing technology adds further insulating value to the window,  not to mention virtual elimination of condensation in living areas.
