EEH's 2-10-25 year factory Warranty EEH has a broad and comprehensive factory warranty on all materials and manufactured workmanship, as supplied to your home. It ranges from a two year warranty on basic materials, a 10 year limited extended warranty, to a 25 year warranty on the structural integrity of the SuperWindows. |

Once the planning is complete, the manufacturing division takes over. We meticulously select only Export Grade, EU Heat certified, kiln-dried lumber. All the studs, beams, posts and lintels are pre-cut to fit your plan. Our factory manufacture all the necessary components, such as roof trusses, trim, insulated windows and advanced fenestration products, giving you custom components of unbeatable price and value. All the while, EEH's price protection program is in effect, ensuring that you are protected from costly increases in timber prices. |
When you are ready, your home is delivered to your site in pre-packaged form containing all the framing materials, doors, windows, roofing and siding to complete the exterior. Your interior is complete to stud partitioning and sub-floor, ready for your sub-trades to finish your home.

We provide, as required, architectural floor plans, elevations, foundation plan, and cross section drawings. Wall drawings, floor joist layouts and roof framing layouts are included, as is a detailed materials packing list. Virtually any type of customizing is possible, from soaring cathedral ceilings and broad expanses of windows to sunrooms. And as your own interior designer, you are free to choose from a wide array of finishes.
